Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary is a scholarly institution committed to the accurate translation of Scripture and dedicated to excellence in teaching, research, translation, and writing. One of the largest seminaries in the world, Southwestern Seminary is also home to the A. Webb Roberts Library, one of the most extensive theological libraries in the world. The seminary supports the study of archaeology and research into the cultures that gave birth to the Bible and owns a collection of Dead Sea Scroll fragments.
